Terms of Service

01 General Provisions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the sale of industrial plugs, sockets, and related accessories by Zhejiang Power MFG ("Supplier", "We", "Us") to the purchaser ("Client", "Buyer").

By placing an order, requesting a quotation, or engaging in OEM/ODM project development with us, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms. These Terms supersede any prior agreements or understandings, unless explicitly modified in a written contract signed by authorized representatives of both parties.

02 Business Nature (B2B Only)

All transactions are Business-to-Business (B2B). The Client represents that they are a registered business entity, distributor, or industrial manufacturer purchasing goods for commercial use, resale, or integration into machinery.

03 OEM/ODM Orders & Manufacturing

• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): All orders are subject to MOQ requirements, which vary by product type (e.g., IEC plugs vs. custom tooling components). Specific MOQs will be stated in the Proforma Invoice (PI).
• Specifications: For OEM/ODM projects, the Client must provide clear technical drawings, material requirements (e.g., PA66, PC), and certification standards (e.g., IP44, IP67). We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect specifications provided by the Client.
• Sample Approval: For custom products, mass production will only commence after the Client has approved the pre-production samples in writing.

04 Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard payment terms for international orders are:

* All prices are quoted in USD or RMB unless stated otherwise. Prices are valid for 30 days from the quotation date due to raw material (Copper/Plastic) market fluctuations.

05 Shipping & Delivery

Incoterms: We typically operate on FOB (Free On Board) Ningbo/Shanghai or EXW (Ex Works) terms. CIF or DDP terms can be arranged upon request.

Lead Time: Standard production lead time is 15-30 days after deposit receipt. Custom tooling or mold development requires additional time (typically 30-45 days). Lead times are estimates and not guaranteed, though we strive to meet all deadlines.

Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the Client upon delivery to the carrier (FOB) or when made available at our factory (EXW).

06 Quality Assurance & Warranty

We warrant that our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal industrial use.

• Warranty Period: 12 months from the date of shipment.
• Inspection: The Client must inspect goods within 7 days of receipt. Any claims for quantity discrepancies or visible defects must be made within this period.
• Remedy: For valid warranty claims, our liability is limited to repairing or replacing the defective parts, or refunding the purchase price of the defective items, at our discretion.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, or force majeure events.

07 Intellectual Property

Client IP: Any designs, molds, logos, or specifications provided by the Client for OEM/ODM production remain the exclusive property of the Client. We agree to keep such information confidential and not to use it for third parties.

Supplier IP: Our standard product designs, patents, and trademarks remain the property of Zhejiang Power MFG. The Client is granted a limited license to resell these products under the agreed terms.
