Mechanical Interlock A 63A/3P – 5911 (IP67 230V) is a high-safety industrial interlock socket suitable for single-phase high-power scenarios. It adopts a three-phase three-pole (3P) circuit structure. The rated current of 63A can stably bear the power load of high-power equipment, and the rated voltage of 230V meets the power demand of single-phase industrial equipment and some commercial high-power equipment. It is especially suitable for the power supply connection of small intermediate frequency welding machines, mobile industrial heaters, special high-power power supplies for on-site maintenance and other equipment, and can ensure the stability of power transmission in intermittent high-load working scenarios.
Its core mechanical interlocking mechanism is the key to safety, adopting a two-way protection logic of “locked when powered on and unlocked when powered off”. When the socket is powered on, the internal mechanical buckle will firmly lock the plug, completely eliminating the illegal operation of live plugging and unplugging, and avoiding equipment short circuits or personal electric shock accidents caused by strong electric arcs under 230V voltage. When the plug is not fully inserted and clamped, the circuit switch cannot be closed to supply power, fundamentally avoiding hidden dangers such as local overheating and equipment failure caused by poor contact. It also supports a padlock function, which can be fixed in the power-off state during equipment maintenance to prevent unauthorized personnel from mistakenly switching on, in line with the safety management requirements of industrial sites.
The product strictly complies with the IEC 60309 international industrial standard. The shell is integrally injection-molded with PA6 nylon material, which not only has excellent flame retardancy and impact resistance, but also can resist oil pollution and chemical gas corrosion in industrial environments. Equipped with a thickened sealing ring and a tail anti-slip clamping structure, it achieves an IP67 protection level, which can completely isolate dust intrusion, and short-term water immersion or high-pressure water spraying will not affect the operation of the internal circuit. Its conductive components are made of high-purity brass, featuring excellent conductivity and oxidation resistance. The terminals adopt a screw connection design to ensure firm wiring without easy falling off. The socket is suitable for a wide temperature range of -20℃ to 60℃, and is widely used in small machinery workshops, port maintenance areas, small chemical equipment areas and other scenarios.
