Mechanical Interlock A 63A/5P – 5113 (IP67 400V) is a key safety power supply device in high – power industrial circuits. It adopts a 5 – core (3P + N + E) structure and a 63A high rated current design, conforms to the 400V industrial three – phase circuit standard. It can stably bear the continuous power supply load of high – power equipment such as large machine tools, heavy machinery and industrial distribution boxes, ensuring power supply stability in high – current and high – load core industrial scenarios.
Its core dual mechanical interlocking mechanism is a prominent safety feature. On one hand, the circuit switch cannot be closed to supply power until the plug is fully inserted; on the other hand, when the switch is in the closed and powered – on state, the plug will be firmly locked by the mechanical structure and cannot be pulled out. This two – way mandatory constraint logic fundamentally avoids fatal risks such as strong electric arcs and circuit short circuits caused by live plugging and unplugging in high – power scenarios. Meanwhile, it can be padlocked in the power – off position to further prevent misoperation by unauthorized personnel.
The product shell is integrally formed of high – strength thermoplastic material, combined with polyurethane sealing gasket and precision packaging technology, achieving IP67 dust and water resistance rating. It can completely resist the intrusion of industrial dust, and can work normally even in case of short – term water immersion or high – pressure water spraying. It is suitable for the industrial wide temperature environment of – 20℃ to 60℃, can withstand the high temperature generated by equipment operation and low outdoor temperature, and also has excellent anti – vibration performance, adapting to complex working conditions such as workshop mechanical vibration and outdoor operations. Complying with EN/IEC 60309 – 2 international industrial standards, the terminal adopts a screw connection design, ensuring firm wiring without easy loosening. It is widely used in heavy manufacturing, outdoor operation equipment, main power supply of industrial production lines and other scenarios, building a solid barrier for the safe and stable operation of high – power equipment.
