Product Description

The MXS-J154-6 Mechanical Interlock B is a core safety protection device suitable for low-power industrial equipment. It adopts a 5-core structure and a 16A rated current design, accurately meeting the power connection safety needs of low-to-medium power circuits, especially building a solid safety barrier in scenarios with frequent start-stop operations and dense personnel operations. Its core physical mandatory interlocking structure serves as the cornerstone of safety protection. Through the linkage design of mechanical buckles and circuit switches, it forcibly locks the “power-off operation” logic. The plug can only be inserted or pulled out when the circuit is completely cut off with no residual current, fundamentally eliminating safety accidents such as arc burns and circuit short circuits caused by live plugging and unplugging, and significantly reducing the risk of human misoperation.
Made of high-wear-resistant and flame-retardant engineering plastic shell with precision sealing technology, the product achieves an IP67 dust and water resistance rating. It can not only resist the accumulation of industrial dust and the erosion of high-pressure water jets, but also withstand a wide temperature range of -20℃ to 60℃. Meanwhile, it can cope with mechanical vibrations in workshops and slight corrosion from chemical media, adapting to complex industrial working conditions such as humidity and heavy dust. Fully compliant with the IEC 60309 international industrial electrical standards, the shell has passed the V2-level flame-retardant self-extinguishing test, and it is equipped with an anti-misinsertion positioning structure to avoid mixed use with plugs of other specifications. It maintains stable performance after 5,000 cycles of plug-in and pull-out tests, and its installation is compatible with conventional industrial wiring methods. It is widely used in small machine tools, auxiliary power distribution equipment, light industrial production lines and other fields, providing reliable double protection for the stable operation of equipment and the safety of on-site personnel.
