The MXS-J144-6 Mechanical Interlock B is a core safety device for low-to-medium power industrial circuits. Featuring a 4-core stable structure and 16A rated current design, it accurately meets the power connection safety needs of scenarios such as small equipment and auxiliary power distribution. Its core physical mandatory interlocking mechanism is the key to safety protection. Through the linkage constraint between mechanical structure and circuit, it strictly implements the safety logic of “plugging/unplugging only when powered off”. The plug can only be unlocked when the circuit is completely cut off with no residual current, fundamentally eliminating safety accidents such as electric arcs and short circuits caused by live plugging and unplugging, and significantly reducing the risk of human misoperation.
Constructed with high flame-retardant engineering plastic shell and professional sealing technology, the product achieves IP44 dust and water resistance rating, which can effectively resist industrial dust intrusion and daily splashing water. Meanwhile, it can withstand a wide temperature range of -25℃ to 40℃ and mechanical vibrations in workshops, adapting to complex industrial working conditions such as dust and humidity. Fully compliant with IEC 60309 international industrial standards, the shell has passed V2-level flame-retardant self-extinguishing test, and it is equipped with anti-misinsertion positioning design and touch protection function. It maintains stable performance after thousands of cycles of plug-in and pull-out tests. Compatible with conventional industrial wiring methods for installation, it is widely used in small machine tools, light industrial production lines, auxiliary power distribution equipment and other fields, building double protection for stable equipment operation and personnel safety.
